It was hot in town, but it was a cool 65 degrees up in the mountains along the Cascade Lakes Highway. My client, Rylee, and I, both ended up being at location pretty early. This was perfect as the sun was hitting the tops of the trees just right. We couldn’t ask for better weather for this mommy + me session at Todd Lake Meadow, and starting shooting immediately upon arrival.

Half way through our mommy + me shoot, Micah (Rylee’s husband + Asher’s daddy) showed up to help keep Asher happy. I decided to throw him in a few shots and couldn’t be happier with how this session turned out. I feel like every image screams, “these are the days we’re going to miss, these are the best days of our lives.”
